  • The original packaging, accessories, or invoice is missing

  • Change of mind after purchase

  3. Our support team will review and confirm the return request.

  4. After approval, return the product through our instructed courier service.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 3–7 working days.

  • Refund will be made via:

    • Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)

    • Bank Transfer

    • Or adjustment on next purchase (if agreed)

🚚 Delivery Charge Policy

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

  • For approved defective/wrong items, return shipping cost will be covered by TechWave Gadgets.
