4️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Payment options may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.

  • Orders may not be processed until payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).

5️⃣ Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on your location (Dhaka: 1–2 working days, Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days).

  • Delivery charges are applicable and may vary based on location and product type.

  • Delays may occur due to holidays, natural events, or courier issues.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only under our Return Policy conditions.

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
